What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist in the preparation and filing of essential SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Support the development and release of earnings announcements and other external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the External Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statement disclosures and their supporting documentation.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers for basic accounting transactions and research related issues and internal controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience: None required, making this an ideal entry point for recent graduates.
• Skills: A working knowledge of US GAAP or country-specific accounting principles.
• Bonus: A strong interest in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
