What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Dynamics: Conduct primary research and collaborate with teams to assist clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Design models to support operational improvement, contributing to heightened efficiency and effectiveness in client experiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand, document, capture, and synthesize essential requirements.
• Project Exposure: Shadow product teams, contribute to data analytics assessments, and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success, with a preferred education of an Associate’s Degree/College Diploma. Preferred majors include Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources.
• Experience: Prior client-facing internships, consulting club involvement, or coursework/jobs related to business processes in Finance (ERP), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX). Exposure to enterprise software, Oracle Cloud, or other packaged applications is a plus.
• Skills: Strong process orientation and documentation skills, robust interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration, initiative to seek new knowledge, and a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints. Also, demonstrate leadership, effective communication through active listening, adaptability, and readiness to take ownership of tasks.
• Bonus: Ability to understand client needs and challenges, applying creative and logical approaches to identify solutions; foundational quantitative analysis skills to develop data-driven recommendations; exposure to programming technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL.
