This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive tax accounting services, from preparation and review to strategic planning and client portfolio management. You will contribute directly to client success and the firm’s continued growth, working within a supportive and modern cloud-based environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare Tax Returns: Prepare a variety of individual and entity tax returns for clients.
• Support Tax Planning: Assist with tax planning initiatives and strategies.
• Review Complex Returns: Conduct thorough reviews of complex tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead Client Engagements: Take the lead on specific client engagements and manage tax processes.
• Drive Tax Strategy: Own client portfolios and drive overall tax strategy for high-net-worth individuals and entities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Public accounting tax experience is required across all levels. For Manager positions, a CPA or EA certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in tax preparation, review, and client engagement within a public accounting setting.
• Skills: Individual and entity tax return preparation, Complex return review, Tax planning, Client relationship management, Staff mentorship.
• Bonus: CPA or EA certification is a significant plus for Staff and Senior level applicants.
