Marketing Specialist, Latin America – Undergraduate Rotation Program | Epson America Inc.

The Tone:
This is a one-year rotation program at Epson America Inc., designed for recent college graduates. This role as a Marketing Specialist is a critical opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to multiple areas within Epson America’s B2B lines of business. Participants will develop a wide range of essential skills and experience in product marketing, forecasting, and service support specifically for the Latin America region, preparing them for significant opportunities within the company upon program completion.

• Mission: To ensure product availability and effective support throughout its lifecycle in the Latin America region through marketing, forecasting, and service management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Marketing: Work closely with Marketing Communications, Documentation, Service/Support, Logistics, and other groups to manage the product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strategy: Make recommendations regarding the positioning and pricing of assigned product(s) within the Latin America market.
• Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform product development and market strategies.
• Forecasting: Support Latin American subsidiaries with product forecasts to ensure product availability and accurate regional projections.
• Support Operations: Review Regional warranty extension agreements, make recommendations for price harmonization, and update the Regional Authorized Service Centers database.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field; this is an entry-level position for new college graduates.
• Experience: Relevant internships, coursework, or project experience in related fields will be considered for new graduates.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for data analysis, developing forecasts, and interpreting business metrics, alongside proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Candidates must possess strong analytical and financial acumen, demonstrating the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support pricing, forecasting, and business planning decisions. The role demands being highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative to complete tasks, alongside critical thinking for solving complex problems.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
