What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather Requirements: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with both internal Wipro teams and client stakeholders to fully understand functional requirements. You will then convert these into precise technical requirements, ensuring they align perfectly with overall project goals and objectives.
• Design Solutions: Contribute significantly to the overall solution design process by clearly identifying specific customization requirements across multiple modules. This involves skillfully linking the understanding of functional needs directly to the necessary technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Implement and Configure: Execute all required customizations and apply necessary configuration changes throughout various modules within the existing system architecture. Your responsibilities will also include actively supporting the successful implementation of critical business processes.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze and address complex performance issues that arise across multiple applications, working to optimize configurations, refine queries, and enhance integrations to improve system efficiency and responsiveness.
• Document Processes: Create comprehensive and detailed functional and technical documentation, which includes producing precise design documents and clear process documents, ensuring all solutions and implementations are well-recorded and accessible.

• Background: Senior-level professional with deep domain knowledge in techno-functional consulting, focusing on business process implementation and system customization.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in executing customizations, applying configuration changes across multiple modules, and supporting the implementation of business processes within existing systems.
• Skills: AI Cloud Consulting, Functional and Technical Requirement Translation, Multi-module System Configuration and Customization, Integration Design and Data Flow Assessment, Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting.
