• Mission: Support tax preparation and assist with audit and accounting engagements to deliver tailored financial solutions for clients.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Preparation: Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and estate/trust income tax returns.
• Audit Support: Assist with financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Compliance: Support tax compliance and preparation engagements across a variety of clients.
• Engagement Management: Work on multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business (with an emphasis in Accounting).
• Experience: Understanding of tax and/or audit principles gained through academic study or prior roles.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bonus: CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
