What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct competitor analyses to help drive future Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Marketing strategies.
• Data Management: Build dashboards for external market data to provide insights supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
• Reporting: Interpret data and prepare materials for leadership meetings to inform strategic discussions.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct research and provide recommendations in areas such as colleague experience and early career development.
• Project Management: Drive a variety of compensation-related projects, including survey participation, market competitiveness evaluations, and annual performance review processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another HR-related major.
• Experience: Entry-level, with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or recent graduate, and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Permanent work authorization in the United States is required for this role.
• Skills: Analytical and innovative thinking, strong communication, drive, leadership, learning agility, project management, relationship building, and a strategic approach, coupled with demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources and a strong passion for the field.
• Bonus: Internship or other relevant corporate exposure is preferred. Successful completion of a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link is mandatory for application consideration.
