What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Completion: Successfully complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule within the commercial banking line of business.
• Knowledge Acquisition: Engage in classroom training and line of business overviews to gain broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization.
• Skill Development: Participate in credit analysis training and case study work to enhance financial, analytical, and technical proficiencies.
• Project Execution: Undertake specific project work that provides direct impacts and adds value to the commercial banking line of business.
• Professional Growth: Cultivate relationships with managers, leaders, and peers while receiving professional development through 1 on 1 coaching from ACT Management.
