What You’ll Actually Do
• Transformation: Lead strategic business and technology transformations for wealth management clients.
• Design: Translate client business requirements into optimized designs and evaluate implications on functionality, effort, and performance.
• Engagement Leadership: Lead smaller client engagements or key components of larger, complex strategy and operations transformations.
• Client Advisory: Identify critical client business issues, develop persuasive recommendations, and deliver presentations to senior executives.
• Platform Implementation: Implement and work extensively with the Aladdin platform, guiding clients through various phases of the implementation lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; experienced professional in strategic business and technology transformations within the wealth management and investment management industry.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant consulting and/or investment management; at least 1 year translating requirements into optimized designs, identifying alternatives, and assessing implications on functionality, effort, performance, and operations; at least 1 year leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements; at least 1 year identifying client business issues, owning deliverable quality, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations; minimum of 2 years collaborating with financial services industry senior executives and delivering presentations to management; minimum of 2 years implementing and working with the Aladdin platform.
• Skills: Strategic business and technology transformation leadership, executive relationship building and stakeholder management, requirements translation into optimized designs, business issue identification and persuasive recommendation development, effective communication, presentation delivery, and coaching, deep expertise in the Aladdin platform.
• Bonus: Over 2 years of experience specifically working in the Aladdin sector; demonstrated experience with various phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system selection, implementation sequencing and planning, project management, application and technical design, interface and data conversion, application build, environment management, testing, and go-live planning.
