• Mission: Improve financial visibility, strengthen decision-making, and enhance business processes across the division.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), Power BI, Excel, ERP reporting, automation, AI tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, cost drivers, product costing, and margin impacts, providing recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Financial Management: Lead or support core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting packages, variance commentary, month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Data Integrity: Ensure financial data is accurate, transparent, and useful for decision-making by strengthening data integrity across reporting, the ERP system, and business processes.
• ERP Optimization: Serve as a core member of the division’s ERP team, learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O workflows, data structures, and integrations, and partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve functionality, and enhance reporting.
• Business Intelligence: Use Power BI, Excel, ERP reporting, automation, and AI tools to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, metrics, and overall business intelligence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field, preparing for a foundational role designed for future leadership opportunities within Finance or IT/ERP leadership.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience.
• Skills: Data-driven analysis, operational insight, system optimization, financial reporting, and a strong interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), Power BI or other data visualization tools, product costing or cost accounting, or a CPA, CMA, or MBA certification.
