What You’ll Actually Do
• Support client accounting processes including month-end close, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations at client sites.
• Execute assigned accounting workstreams under Senior and Manager direction, delivering accurate and timely output.
• Prepare organized financial work papers and deliverables with thorough self-review.
• Build rapport with client personnel and adapt effectively to different work environments.
• Conduct technical accounting research and document processes to ensure engagement continuity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in public or industry accounting, with a Big 4 or large national firm background strongly preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.
• Bonus: CPA candidate status.
