What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist with the preparation of tax returns for various clients.
• Support: Support clients in tax research and planning strategies.
• Analyze: Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative and practical tax solutions.
• Interact: Interact with professionals across the firm to support client service initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Accounting major pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA. Must be on track to meet CPA eligibility requirements with a clear plan to pursue CPA licensure, and interested in pursuing a full-time career in public accounting.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to apply Excel skills in data analysis and reporting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
