What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Rotate through warehouse operations and supply chain functions to understand business logistics.
• Services: Experience industry and business services, including human resources, information technology, and finance departments.
• Sales: Engage in various sales roles, including counter sales, inside sales, project sales, quotations, and project management.
• Marketing: Participate in digital marketing and business development initiatives to drive company growth.
• Projects: Complete impactful business projects, including a strategic capstone project with executive leadership, presenting recommendations that influence business decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: This program is designed for recent college graduates seeking hands-on experience and professional development in the electrical distribution industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adaptability and a willingness to learn; and an interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Bonus: Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally as required.
