Business Developer Intern – Education | Dassault Systemes

The Tone:
This is an internship at Dassault Systèmes, located in France (Île-de-France). This role is crucial for understanding specific markets and ecosystems, enabling the formulation of commercial strategies and identifying marketing actions to enhance market penetration for these high-growth segments.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person France(Île-de-France)
• Team: Commercial development team for Education, Academia/Research solutions across the Eurowest region.
• Mission: This person will enhance market understanding and penetrate new ecosystems to drive commercial growth for the company’s education and research solutions.
• Tech Stack: Pack Office, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Analysis: Perform detailed market research based on external sources and internal resources.
• Ecosystem Mapping: Create maps of target organizations or ecosystems to support the team’s commercial development.
• Strategy Formulation: Synthesize information and participate in developing commercial strategies for under-explored markets and territories.
• Marketing Support: Monitor market trends and events, providing occasional assistance with the execution of marketing plan actions.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing generic marketing materials and organize them in a repository for team access.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (BAC+4/+5) in a University or Business School program, with strong knowledge in market analysis and a particular interest in new technologies.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with Pack Office, especially Excel.
• Skills: Possess excellent listening and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business challenges. You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, maintain confidentiality, and display strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, creativity, and a proactive approach.
• Bonus: Fluency in Spanish and/or Arabic is an advantage.
