• Mission: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant regulations.
• Tech Stack: MS Office, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including Head Office reporting (J-GAAP, US-GAAP, BASEL III), regulatory reports, and variance analysis.
• Accounting: Produce monthly management accounts and perform month-end closing activities.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily account reconciliations and follow up on any outstanding or unusual items.
• Control: Maintain strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Compliance: Implement new accounting standards and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ready for a senior professional role within the financial accounting and banking domain.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, solid expertise in treasury accounting and global markets products including FX and derivatives, strong analytical skills, sound business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Bonus: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
