• Mission: Help in the preparation, analysis, and communication of vital financial information and business metrics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Refunds: Manage the customer refund and rebate processes from initiation to completion.
• Bank Activity: Manage daily bank activity and accurately book it into the general ledger.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the financial reporting process and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial data, statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Audit Coordination: Contribute to the coordination of the year-end audit conducted by the external accounting firm.
• Presentations: Support the team with the monthly and quarterly presentation of financial statement information to the CFO.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a strong GPA; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Practical experience using Microsoft Excel in an academic or professional setting.
• Skills: Demonstrated accuracy in daily work, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
