• Mission: Support the long term strategy and execution of global tax, withholding and statutory benefits.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Global Tax Management: Audit and reconcile global tax data, calculations, fillings, and payments, ensuring compliance with global, federal, state, and local tax rules for the US and EMEA.
• Regulatory Expertise: Research global laws and regulations regarding taxes, withholding, and statutory benefits, and act as a payroll consultant to business partners and employees on legislation and taxation.
• Agency Engagement: Independently liaise with tax and government authorities, and global finance teams/ADP, to support compliance, audits, timely submissions, and investigations of inquiries and payments.
• Expat & Visa Compliance: Coordinate international assignees’ shadow payrolls and global reporting to Deloitte, while also ensuring tax compliance for employees holding Visas.
• Process & System Integrity: Ensure processes and related systems’ configurations comply with SOX and internal controls, as well as local country legislation, and develop structured process documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Experience: 5-8 years experience in Accounting or Finance working across multiple services.
• Skills: Extensive expertise with Tax, SAP, and ADP; skilled in process mapping and analysis of as-is and to-be processes; excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; proven track record to engage, interact, communicate, and influence effectively across organizations.
• Bonus: Obsesses over the customer experience and can create methods to keep an eye on quality; navigates highly complex business needs without a clearly defined path; ability to perform robust global business process analysis and execute efficient solutions; competent and experienced in supported countries’ tax, social security, and employment regulations and practices.
