• Pay: $43368–$73736 yearly
• Team: Materials Management team within Operations, collaborating with planning, purchasing, logistics, and business process & analytics.
• Mission: Develop and implement focused supply chain strategies to support business growth and profitability objectives.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Rapid Response, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support continuous improvement programs, streamline daily processes, and work to improve signals or flow to the production floor.
• Identify and contribute to value improvement projects (VIP) to enhance business operations and profitability.
• Assist the planning team with initiatives focused on maintaining successful core metrics, and identify warehouse optimization strategies for logistics.
• Contribute to analytical projects and database improvements, including helping with the creation and launch of new tools for the materials management team.
• Develop proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP and Rapid Response, and prepare presentations for management at key internship milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current rising junior or senior, with expected graduation dates between December 2027 and May 2029, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management, or possessing a minor and/or experience in the field.
• Experience: Must be able to start the 12-week internship on May 17th or 24th, 2027, and have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Skills: Demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, capability to organize complex data, and an organized approach to consistently deliver on deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior work experience in supply chain, global sourcing, materials management, or similar areas; experience within the medical device industry; or leadership experience, extracurricular activities, and/or volunteer work.
