Internship in Core Operations, HR Germany & Global Tech | Deutsche Telekom

The Tone:
This is a temporary internship role at Deutsche Telekom, specifically within T-Systems International, available across Bonn, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, or Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany. T-Systems International (TSI) is the business customer division of Deutsche Telekom, a leading European provider of digital services and IT solutions. TSI supports companies on their journey of digital transformation, from secure cloud infrastructure to innovative AI and data solutions, with a strong focus on sustainability and technological excellence. The HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT) team is responsible for overall HR projects at T-Systems, working internationally and closely with business units, central HR departments, and social partners. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to critical HR initiatives, shaping the digital future of human resources within an environment that values collaboration, diversity, and development.

• Mission: To support strategic HR projects and daily operations, contributing to the digital future of human resources within T-Systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Prepare information and decision documents independently for HR management.
• Project Management: Take on project management tasks and actively support their implementation across HR initiatives.
• Strategic HR Contribution: Contribute to the design and implementation of workshops and strategic HR topics of the future, such as EU Pay Transparency, digitization, and new forms of work.
• Operational Support: Assist with administrative and organizational activities, including coordinating appointments and preparing for international meetings.
• Process Optimization: Contribute original ideas for optimizing HR processes and effectively using digital tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Student in Business Administration or a comparable course of study, or currently in a gap year.
• Experience: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, a high level of personal initiative, excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and clear communication. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in accordance with GER).
