What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Evolve PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to craft innovative software solutions for top-tier brands like Nike, Apple, and Intuit.
• Develop: Engineer scalable software systems as part of an AI-first organization, making an immediate impact.
• Collaborate: Engage in collaborative opportunities like peer programming, working alongside best-in-class AI and Software engineers.
• Lead: Take charge of AI Agents and help build solutions that enable ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers by harnessing data and delivering insights.
• Learn: Participate in an intensive 8-week onboarding program to gain knowledge of the digital marketing industry and pioneering AI technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. This is an Early Career role.
• Experience: Internships or relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving and technical capabilities.
• Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js; skills in AWS and GCP cloud platforms; experience with AI technologies including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain.
• Eligibility: Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Bonus: A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
