The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career leadership development role at Price Industries, located across manufacturing facilities in Suwanee, GA; Winder, GA; and Casa Grande, AZ. Price Industries is a forefront leader in non-residential air distribution products across North America, operating as a privately held family company for over 75 years. This program is designed to identify and nurture future leaders who will play pivotal roles in shaping the company’s manufacturing operations and strategic direction, gaining valuable experience through diverse rotational assignments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manufacturing Engineering: Drive shop floor process improvement projects, product costing, design, capital projects, and new product development to ensure seamless product manufacturability.
• Safety: Install safety devices on machinery, review employee safety programs, and implement enhancements for a safer work environment.
• Quality: Collaborate with manufacturing and customer service teams to address customer issues, administer the ISO 9001 quality system, and drive manufacturing initiatives for enhanced product quality.
• Value Stream: Lead teams to ensure timely shipment of customer orders and optimize shop floor operations through effective leadership strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee capital projects from inception to completion, defining requirements, setting timelines, and managing budgets to streamline operations.
