What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain: Acquire valuable and diverse experience across multiple asset classes with front office exposure.
• Collaborate: Work alongside various Rotation Managers to maximize technical knowledge acquisition.
• Appreciate: Develop an understanding of the diverse asset origination and asset management businesses within a global financial services firm.
• Participate: Engage in three 8-month rotations across private markets, including areas like Real Estate Asset Management, Infrastructure Equity, and Private Markets Product Development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration from an accredited university, expected to graduate in 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated working knowledge of investment and financial markets, including an understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis, and a strong ability to learn new software quickly.
