What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in an extensive Orientation and Training program designed to build foundational skills.
• Join a specific team within the Fixed Income & Currencies division, such as Credit Sales & Trading or Global Emerging Markets Financing.
• Gain immediate, hands-on experience by working alongside industry experts within your assigned team.
• Solve real-world client challenges and contribute to driving market innovation from day one.
• Perform direct responsibilities within a chosen profile (Sales, Trading, Structuring, or Financing) across products like Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange, and Rates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level. Complete all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027.
• Experience: Able to start full-time work in July 2027. Possess no more than 12 months’ relevant full-time work experience.
• Skills: Strong intellectual curiosity, keen interest in global financial markets, driven, ambitious mindset, excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical ability, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Bonus: Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from Deutsche Bank, now or in the future.
