What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Teams & Partner Strategically: Lead and develop a team of analysts while partnering with leaders across Johnson & Johnson’s business segments to deliver financial insights and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Execute Rotational Assignments: Complete two Finance Manager-level rotations across Corporate Services, Medical Technology, and Innovative Medicine, gaining broad enterprise perspective. These may include Financial Planning and Analysis, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Research & Development Finance.
• Shape Your Experience: Be assigned to your first rotation and then interview for your second, actively shaping your professional development and preparing for director-level roles and beyond.
• Advance Professional Capabilities: Engage in targeted training, onboarding resources, and development opportunities focused on strengthening J&J financial acumen, business knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
• Achieve Certification & Network: Successfully obtain Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification during the four-year program and expand your network through structured opportunities with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders across Finance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be actively enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with an expected graduation date between August 2026 and August 2027. This program is designed for MBA graduates seeking to accelerate their growth as future Finance leaders within the company.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of five years of full-time professional or military experience. Demonstrate clear leadership capabilities through prior employment, participation in extracurricular activities, and/or internship experiences.
• Skills: Exhibit a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and modern ways of working, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for all candidates. Current full-time Johnson & Johnson employees are not eligible for this program, with the exception of interns and co-ops.
