What You’ll Actually Do
• SEC Filings: Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• External Reporting: Support the preparation of earnings releases and other external reporting requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the External Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Disclosure Review: Assist in the preparation and review of financial statement disclosures and supporting documentation.
• Skill Development: Develop technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills through hands-on participation in the external reporting process.

• Background: Recent accounting graduate or an early-career accounting professional with a basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
