Human Resources Development Program – Summer 2027 Start | Medline

The Tone:
This is an early-in-career, full-time rotational development program at Medline, likely located in Northfield, IL. Medline is a worldwide organization with over 45,000 employees and more than 50 years of continuous growth, fostering an entrepreneurial culture where individuals can contribute and develop. The Human Resources department is vital to Medline’s success, and this program is designed to build broad HR capabilities by providing hands-on experience across various core HR disciplines. Participants will support the delivery of HR programs and services, developing both foundational and strategic HR skills essential for the company’s continued growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse yourself in various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging.
• Engage in strategic collaboration to diagnose organizational needs and provide effective HR solutions.
• Build connections across the organization to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Develop leadership abilities through dedicated coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders.
• Contribute real value to the organization while exploring and aligning with your career aspirations within the HR field.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or a related major, with senior standing. Unrestricted permanent US work authorization is required.
• Experience: Entry-level experience, with a focus on senior standing in a relevant bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
