What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct in-depth research and detailed analysis of aged open accounts payable transactions to understand their history and current status.
• Investigate: Systematically investigate all outstanding transactions to precisely determine their current status and formulate an appropriate resolution path.
• Determine Resolution: Based on established accounting procedures, determine whether aged transactions should be cancelled, voided, or resolved through other specified methods.
• Process Adjustments: Accurately and promptly process all approved write-offs and other necessary financial adjustments in a timely manner.
• Document & Collaborate: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all research findings, resolution decisions, and completed adjustments, collaborating with internal teams as needed to resolve aged items.
