Comfort Systems USA is seeking multiple interns to participate in their Early Careers Program, which provides a foundational understanding of various business functions. This role is crucial for students pursuing degrees in related fields, offering the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary for success in the professional world upon program completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Cooperate with department members, sharing information and utilizing the innovations of others.
• Contribute: Participate actively in group decision processes and accept additional assignments as appropriate.
• Lead: Make self-directed decisions and provide support to other team members within the department.
• Innovate: Rotate through divisions of responsibility, providing ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Execute: Research designated business-focus projects, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in a related field to Comfort Systems USA (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, IT). This is an entry-level position within an Early Careers Program.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, along with the ability to work well with others. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively.
