This is an Audit & Assurance Intern role at CCK Strategies. • Mission: To execute detailed work plans and cultivate client and internal relationships while applying basic accounting concepts to deliver quality assurance services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist Staff and Seniors with the preparation of engagement workpapers.
• Document: Complete detailed workpaper documentation in accordance with firm and industry standards.
• Analyze: Identify and communicate areas of risk within engagement teams, applying basic accounting principles.
• Collaborate: Work directly with clients when necessary and address review notes completely and timely.
• Maintain: Remain current with audit and accounting standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive company information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: In process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. This is an entry-level internship focused on audit and assurance.
• Experience: Demonstrated understanding and mastery of basic accounting concepts.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Effective time management and adaptability to varied projects.
• Critical thinking to independently resolve challenges and proactively seek improvements.
• Ability to travel to client locations both locally and occasionally out of state.
