• Mission: To provide independent and objective assurance over the organization’s control environment and identify areas for operational improvement within business units.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Exposure: Gain exposure to various businesses and geographies while auditing different organizational processes.
• Assurance Provision: Provide independent and objective assurance over the organization’s control environment.
• Data Analytics Application: Identify areas to use data analytics for planning and executing audits.
• Documentation & Review: Prepare work papers, coordinate receipt of audit materials, and document conclusions for supervisory review.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Present observations, develop solutions with management to mitigate risks, and draft audit report findings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate student, entry-level, with a preferred major in accounting, finance, information systems, economics, or business.
• Experience: Eligibility for the 10-week RTiF program for rising seniors.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking and analytic abilities, foundation of business communications skills (written and verbal), proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), team player, strong attention to detail, highly organized, adaptability, and a high sense of urgency and drive.
• Bonus: Expected graduation date on or before Spring 2028, overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
