What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively participate in a structured one-year rotational program to build broad technical and business knowledge through diverse assignments across different manufacturing and product areas.
• Project Contribution: Contribute significantly to meaningful engineering projects, ensuring alignment with potential final roles and making tangible impacts on product development or operational efficiency.
• Network Development: Build and nurture a professional network by engaging with colleagues and leaders across multiple functions and various company locations.
• Leadership Exposure: Present project findings and progress to leadership, thereby gaining valuable exposure to critical aspects of manufacturing, product development, and overall business operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position suitable for recent graduates. Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET or ATMAE-accredited engineering discipline, specifically in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, ensuring a foundational understanding of core engineering principles.
• Experience: Candidates should possess less than two years of professional engineering experience, making this an ideal program for those at the very start of their engineering career journey.
• Skills: Demonstrates a strong technical foundation combined with a dedicated work ethic. Exhibits open-mindedness and a genuine eagerness to develop expertise across various engineering disciplines. Possesses a willingness to learn new concepts, adapt to changing project requirements, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates will have accumulated at least three months or more of internship or co-op experience, providing an initial practical exposure to the engineering field.
