• Mission: Provide recent graduates with exposure, experience, and engagement across the organization through three rotational assignments.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation: Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Analysis: Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives across various teams.
• Project Assistance: Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives and contribute to overall success.
• Performance: Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements, and an ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze information and support business decisions; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively within collaborative environments.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.2 or higher; prior internship or co-op experience; an interest in energy, infrastructure, sustainability, utility operations, or corporate services.
