What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and client-specific advisory projects based on team and client needs.
• Utilize: Apply modern accounting technology and software to efficiently deliver high-quality results.
• Communicate: Proactively communicate with team members, managers, and clients, building strong professional relationships.
• Manage: Handle project timelines and budgets while consistently meeting client expectations and firm quality-control procedures.
• Develop: Stay current on professional standards (FASB, AICPA, GAO, GASB) and firm policies, identifying and resolving accounting and tax issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, perfect for new or soon-to-be graduates, with progress toward CPA certification.
• Skills: Tech-savvy mindset, confidence using Microsoft Office and accounting software, strong communication skills, professional presence, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
