What You’ll Actually Do
• Expertise Development: Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem-solving.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding their business and solving supply chain challenges.
• Shipment Execution Ownership: Own shipment execution end-to-end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI insights to anticipate risk and deliver reliable outcomes.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, identifying opportunities such as new lanes, service expansions, and value-added solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with expected graduation by summer 2027.
• Experience: Prior experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
