What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Statements: Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Journal Entries: Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monthly Close: Support the monthly close process by providing insight and analysis on variances from budget and prior periods.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Budget Support: Aid in the budgeting process by providing necessary financial data and analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. This role is suited for early-career professionals in financial accounting.
• Experience: Requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: 1-2 years of accounting experience.
