The Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS) is a flagship initiative designed to accelerate emerging talent into future leaders across various functions, countries, and brands. This specific path focuses on Quality, a strategic area at the core of Stellantis’s transformation, performance, and innovation. Participants will engage in a global development journey, combining real responsibility and global exposure, to build the skills, perspective, and mindset necessary for roles with increasing impact within the company. What You’ll Actually Do
• Establish Foundations: Begin your journey within a real team in the Quality organization, taking ownership of concrete activities and building strong functional foundations through local entry assignments.
• Execute Project Assignments: Participate in a structured two-year development program comprising four targeted, project-based assignments across diverse areas such as Manufacturing, Control Tower & Field Quality, Launch, Customer Experience, and Technical Safety Regulatory & Compliance (TSRC).
• Expand Global Experience: Actively work across different functions, teams, projects, and operational contexts, collaborating across organizations, countries, and geographies to develop a comprehensive global perspective.
• Drive Business Impact: Operate in environments where decisions directly translate into real business impact, understanding systems end-to-end and contributing to complex challenges by translating ideas into tangible execution.
• Cultivate Leadership: Build a leadership mindset early by navigating complexity and ambiguity, taking ownership of impactful projects, and developing a strategic and operational perspective to grow into future leadership roles with increased responsibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. This is an entry-level position within an accelerated leadership journey specifically designed for recent graduates aspiring to managerial and leadership roles.
• Experience: A strong motivation for cross-functional and global experiences is essential, coupled with a readiness to quickly adapt, grow, and take on significant responsibility within a dynamic environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility; a proactive approach to solving complex challenges; comfort and effectiveness in multicultural environments; strong proficiency in English is required to support clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams, functions, and geographies.
