What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Operations Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth understanding of the business from a leadership perspective.
• Customer Relationship Building: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building strong customer relationships.
• Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions.
• Collaborative Project Leadership: Collaborate with key leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position, requiring a Bachelor’s degree, or expected to obtain one within six months of employment.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required, as this is an entry-level development program designed for comprehensive learning.
• Skills: Must possess an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, and successfully obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles is preferred. Candidates with a business or related academic major, or leadership/management roles in campus or extracurricular activities are also highly valued. A willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is a plus.
