What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze competitors to help drive future Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Marketing related strategies effectively.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards for external market data to provide the Talent Acquisition team with critical market insights.
• Interpret complex data sets and meticulously prepare materials for high-level leadership meetings and presentations.
• Conduct in-depth research and provide actionable recommendations in key areas like colleague experience and early career development initiatives.
• Lead a variety of compensation-related projects, including survey participation, external market competitiveness evaluations, and incentive program analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another HR-related major. An expected graduation date of May 2027 or recent graduate status is required, along with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: No specific years of prior work experience are mandated for this program. However, candidates must possess permanent work authorization in the United States and be able to successfully complete a video interview assessment within four days of receiving the link.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and innovative thinking, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships. Possess learning agility, project management capabilities, and a strategic approach, coupled with a genuine passion for entering the Human Resources field.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience or other relevant corporate exposure is preferred but not strictly required for consideration.
