What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Invoicing: Participate in monthly client invoicing, maintaining accurate revenue schedules and complex spreadsheets supporting revenue allocation.
• Accounts Management: Process accounts payable, maintain vendor accounts, and ensure prompt collection of receivables while maintaining customer account accuracy.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, maintain an orderly accounting filing system, and administer Concur expense software.
• Asset & Tax Handling: Maintain fixed asset schedules by classifying assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals, and preparing property tax returns and sales/use tax returns.
• Close & Improvement: Support timely, accurate monthly and year-end accounting close cycles, and leverage AI/automation to improve efficiency and productivity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem solving, ownership and organization, continuous improvement, and an aptitude for technology and innovation.
