This is a full-time, early career leadership development program at A. Duie Pyle, Inc., offered at various locations across the Northeast. A. Duie Pyle is the Northeast’s premier transportation and logistics provider since 1924, known for its “Service First” mentality. This program is critical for cultivating the next generation of Pyle leaders, preparing individuals for future leadership roles within the company’s extensive network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a structured 24-week program combining classroom instruction and practical, on-the-job training.
• Operational Immersion: Gain comprehensive hands-on experience by working various shifts, performing different positions, and learning freight handling across the LTL business.
• Leadership Development: Shadow Pyle leaders, complete project assignments, and participate in formal training to develop essential leadership skills.
• Business Acumen: Learn about key business areas including operations, project implementation, brokerage, and finance to understand the transportation industry.
• Strategic Engagement: Build professional relationships and learn directly from senior leadership during time spent at the corporate office.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior work experience, including part-time work, internships, or co-ops, in any field.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to perform effectively in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment; Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion; Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Bonus: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (any major); Prior experience preferably in supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
