• Location: In-person Northbrook, IL
• Pay: $67000 yearly
• Team: Rotational program across finance departments including financial planning and analysis, general accounting, treasury, tax, shared services, and operating businesses.
• Mission: Gain diverse experience across financial operations through a 2-year rotational program to prepare for future finance roles within the organization.
• Tech Stack: MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point); business ERPs (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Perform analyses to explain variances in financial performance across various organizations, develop business cases for investment projects, or assess the impact of changes to business processes.
• Planning and Reporting: Participate in the development of budgets, forecasts, or strategic plans, and assist in preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends, including performing account reconciliations.
• Operational Improvement: Work on projects focused on improving efficiency, service levels, and lowering operational costs for shared service functions such as credit, billing, collections, cash applications, and accounts payable.
• Tax Support: Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation, forms, and various tax filings (local, state, federal, property, sales, etc.), and participate in researching and analyzing the impact of changes in tax laws or company tax strategies.
• Treasury Activities: Assist with daily cash management and account reconciliations, and support special projects related to cash management, investment management, and insurance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related major prior to the intended full-time start date, completing your final year of your undergraduate degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information from diverse sources; working knowledge of accounting fundamentals gained through education or internship experience; proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging and results-oriented environment; ambitious, highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively; must have the indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Bonus: Experience working with business ERPs such as Oracle or NetSuite.
