The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role at Stellantis, located in-person, likely at Auburn Hills, MI, as part of a global program. This role is designed to accelerate emerging talent into future leadership positions within the Supplier Quality and Purchasing functions, contributing to real business priorities from day one.

• Team: Two-year rotational development program across Purchasing and Supplier Quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Mission: Shape supplier performance, sourcing strategy, cost competitiveness, quality, and vehicle launches within a global automotive environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive: Support sourcing strategies, competitive quotations, supplier negotiations, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Analyze: Analyze supplier quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and risk data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate: Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational, quality, and supply issues.
• Develop: Contribute to supplier assessments, industrialization activities, product and process readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Lead: Lead defined projects, present recommendations, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed before program start date in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams; demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and accountability.
• Bonus: Internship, co-op, student-program, or project experience in Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related area; experience using data to identify trends or support decisions; exposure to negotiations, supplier management, quality systems, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, or project management.
