What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Transition through various finance disciplines, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Financial Reporting.
• Analyze: Examine financial performance to identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Support: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Present: Prepare and deliver financial analyses, recommendations, and strategic insights to finance and business leaders, including senior leadership teams.
• Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand business drivers, influence decision-making, and improve business performance across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an AACSB-accredited university, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027, and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
• Experience: At least one relevant internship, co-op, leadership, or professional experience. Willingness and ability to relocate for rotational assignments, with relocation assistance provided. Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership experience, initiative, and intellectual curiosity, alongside a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills. Capability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively, exhibiting initiative, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Bonus: Progress toward a CPA, CMA, or other professional certification. Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools like Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
