• Mission: Owns the monitoring of client accounts, cash collections, and client risk management to ensure financial stability.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Account Management: Monitor client accounts and manage cash collections to ensure financial liquidity.
• Risk Analysis: Analyze payment terms and proactively manage client risk to mitigate financial exposure.
• Financial Reporting: Participate in the development of financial reports and contribute to monthly and annual closings.
• Performance Control: Control margins and budget variances, proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Operational Improvement: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure reliable forecasts and participate in the improvement of management tools.
• Inventory Management: Conduct a monthly physical inventory.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar finance function.
• Skills: Mastery of Excel and financial ERPs; Knowledge of SAGE and GRT; Strong understanding of accounting standards; Ability to analyze client data, management, and performance indicators; Fluency in English.
