The Governance & Administrative Support Analyst role within the IT Planning team is crucial for ensuring smooth operational functioning and adherence to internal policies, approval protocols, and regulatory expectations. This position contributes directly to the company’s vision by supporting essential governance processes, administrative coordination, and compliance tracking.

• Mission: This person supports governance processes, administrative coordination, and compliance tracking to enable smooth operational functioning and adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations within the IT Planning team.
• Tech Stack: MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow

What You’ll Actually Do
• Govern: Support the execution of IT Planning governance frameworks, internal policies, approval procedures, and control routines across project, vendor, procurement, expense, and compliance workstreams.
• Coordinate & Report: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, maintain action trackers, and assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and management updates for various stakeholders and governance forums.
• Document & Maintain: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, SharePoint folders, approval trackers, budget files, vendor records, and audit logs for future reference and audit readiness.
• Support Vendor Lifecycle: Support vendor and contract governance by coordinating renewals, documentation, outsourcing risk assessment inputs, PO administration, invoice processing, and payment fulfillment.
• Monitor & Escalate: Monitor adherence to internal policies, documentation standards, approval protocols, and submission timelines, escalating delays, gaps, or deviations appropriately to the HOD for decision and direction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 5 to 8 years, in governance, operations, administrative support, IT planning, compliance coordination, vendor management, finance operations, audit support, or project coordination.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong communication skills to articulate updates, governance issues, data trends, and action items; a governance mindset with an understanding of policy requirements, approval flows, and control expectations; analytical ability for working with budget files, expense reports, vendor trackers, and management reporting inputs; and strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Bonus: Masters / MBA strongly preferred; knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar workflow/repository tools is a plus.
