• Team: Part of an Australia-based team, collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and various internal departments.
• Mission: To shape the future of foreign exchange business by nurturing client relationships and delivering quality financial solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Promote: Champion the bank’s suite of Foreign Exchange and Derivatives products to corporate and institutional clients, leveraging market expertise.
• Cultivate: Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through close collaboration with Relationship Managers.
• Advise: Provide timely market updates and strategic advice based on macroeconomic indicators to support clients’ informed decision-making.
• Coordinate: Act as a primary day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating activities to ensure seamless service delivery and transaction support.
• Achieve: Strengthen sales performance by consistently meeting assigned revenue targets and other key financial and non-financial metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field, combined with proven experience navigating complex financial markets.
• Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in corporate & institutional FX sales, financial markets, or a client-facing role, with exposure to derivatives.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of FX products and hedging solutions, exceptional interpersonal skills for building client trust, and robust stakeholder management abilities. Comprehensive understanding of relevant financial laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Bonus: Broader rates or derivative experience will be well regarded.
