Marketing Manager, B2B Lifecycle | Money-Media

• Mission: Own and develop defined areas of the B2B lifecycle strategy to improve renewal rates and customer value growth through cross-sell and upsell.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Own and develop lifecycle plans and a portfolio of programs focused on renewal, retention, cross-sell, and upsell for B2B portfolios.
• Translate the overall B2B lifecycle strategy into quarterly priorities and measurable commercial outcomes, identifying customer needs and opportunities.
• Define program and campaign objectives, customer journeys, content direction, and KPIs, developing comprehensive briefs for Marketing Automation.
• Manage the performance of lifecycle programs within your remit, defining KPIs, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and recommending interventions.
• Lead the testing and optimisation roadmap for your lifecycle portfolio to maximize impact on renewal and customer expansion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with significant experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, renewal, expansion, or customer marketing.
• Experience: Proven experience owning customer marketing programmes and defining plans, KPIs, and commercial outcomes within a commercial B2B or subscription environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and commercial skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong planning and prioritisation skills, and strong creative judgement.
• Bonus: An interest in journalism and media, alongside an understanding of how large or complex media organisations operate.
