What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze business performance: Analyze complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Develop data visualizations: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI to present findings clearly.
• Perform data extraction and manipulation: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis.
• Communicate insights: Effectively communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders through clear oral presentations and written reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of work experience in data science and analytics or business analyst roles.
• Skills: Expertise in writing SQL queries; hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI; excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Node.js; an MBA degree.
