This specific position within the Energy & Telecoms team is critical for optimizing clients’ business performance by leveraging digital, data, and artificial intelligence solutions.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person France (Île-de-France)

• Team: Energie & Télécoms team, a collective of 75 people.
• Mission: This person transforms the operational models of major telecom operators in a context of profound sector mutation, utilizing digital, data, and AI.
• Tech Stack: NFV, SDN, cloud-native, OSS/BSS, AI, 5G SA/IoT/Satellite, Edge Computing, Open RAN, Cloud Native, Autonomous Network, ITIL, TOGAF, TMForum.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Realize consulting missions focused on operational transformation for major telecom operators (fixed, mobile, B2B/B2C) within a rapidly changing industry.
• Guide: Accompany clients in redefining their business models for virtualized network functions, covering impacts on processes, organization, and OSS/BSS tools.
• Diagnose: Identify optimization and automation levers by diagnosing network production and service delivery processes.
• Lead: Animate multidisciplinary project teams (2 to 6 consultants) and ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables, including collaborating with clients at operational and business direction levels.
• Develop: Contribute to commercial development by writing proposals and tracking opportunities within the sector.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, or university, with a specialization in telecoms or information systems. This role is for a Manager level consultant.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or operations within an operator, with exposure to transformation challenges related to network function virtualization (NFV/SDN, 5G SA/IoT/Satellite, Edge Computing, Open RAN and Cloud Native, Autonomous Network).
• Skills: Project management, mastery of telecom BSS and OSS domains, change management, business development, excellent communication, strong leadership, and fluent English.
• Bonus: Experience in enterprise architecture, knowledge of IT technologies (Cloud, SDN/NFV, 5G, Open RAN, NetSecOps), or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
