What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead NetSuite Projects: Manage and execute NetSuite-related projects, encompassing new implementations, system enhancements, integrations, ongoing support, and various special initiatives.
• Innovate Business Solutions: Proactively identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continuously refine and improve the firm’s consulting methodology and operational approach.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, actively seeking opportunities to identify and secure new business engagements.
• Present Strategic Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery strategies, key milestones, and achieved results to diverse client stakeholders.
• Ensure Quality and Training: Review team progress to uphold compliance with work programs and professional standards, and actively educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field, for a senior-level consulting position.
• Experience: 5+ years in direct NetSuite implementation, integration, upgrades, data conversions, reporting, and customizations; including full life-cycle experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and/or Professional Services Automation. Additionally, 2+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience is required.
• Skills: Facilitating the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions; proficiency in developing with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting. This includes the ability to lead detailed workshops for gathering and documenting requirements and use-cases, recommend envisioned processes, assess functional and technical gaps in designs, define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs, develop detailed work plans for project activities, train and support end users, and thoroughly test NetSuite application instances by providing input to test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Bonus: NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications; strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations; ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience; experience acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community; CPA, PMP or MBA.
